My main focus is in repair or replication of parts that are ‘beyond repair’. The shop is equipped to handle various turning jobs up to 12 inch diameter and threading of many American Standard NC and NF as well as Metric threads. Light milling and keyway cutting, both external and internal is available as well. I have a variety of tools for forming ornamental ironwork. I can also weld and solder most metals, as well as plasma and bandsaw cutting. I also offer electrolytic rust removal for iron and steel parts. I have EDM spark erosion for broken tap and bolt removal. I create 3D models using Fusion360 to be 3D printed in PLA, ABS, PETG, TPU or Nylon or to create STL files to have professionally 3D printed in other materials. I have also added leadlight glass work to my bag of tricks. I’m located in western NC.
