I started out just to repair the drive handle. It was sticking and making mowing difficult. After getting into the repair, I realized the pin was worn excessively. It also pivoted around a regular 1/4-20 bolt. I thought it should be a shoulder bolt to prevent clamping the handle in place. All of these parts are available, but I have a lathe and the stock was on hand. So, why not do it the hard way?
