The little mower wasn’t running like it should. Testing revealed a leaking float valve. Turns out fuel was leaking past the o-ring seat through a scratch in the bore. Bushing the hole would fix it except I drilled too far and intersected the bore in the carb. Once the bushing was installed, I had to solder the hole shut in the bore. The repaired carb looks rough, but the mower runs like it should now.
